We get it. Things happen and fine jewelry is delicate. Rest assured—we’re going to take care of you.
Most repairs are free because they’re covered under our warranty. (For warranty details and exceptions, read our Warranty page.) Our highly skilled repair specialist will evaluate your piece and stay in open communication with you about the work that’s needed and any associated costs beyond our warranty terms. Please note: Our current timeline for repair requests is 8 weeks from the time we receive your jewelry. Major repairs may extend this timeline.
We highly recommend protecting your jewelry with a jewelry insurance policy. Jewelers Mutual – the only company specializing in jewelry insurance for 110 years – offers comprehensive insurance coverage to protect, repair or replace your jewelry beyond our warranty coverage.
