We will send you the packaging materials, including shipping insurance, needed to ensure a safe trip to our studio in Andover

Once you receive your Shipping Kit, send us an email at questions@melaniecasey.com to let us know when you plan to ship your package to us so we can plan accordingly.

Pack your piece in the Melanie Casey Shipping Kit, which includes:

• A small bag for your piece
• A box to put the bag in
• A padded mailer with our address 
• Shipping instructions
• Shipping insurance 
• Coverage of up to $10,000, depending on the piece you are sending

*Please be as accurate as possible when describing your piece so we can provide the correct coverage option.

If your piece is valued over $10,000, please reach out to our Customer Service team so we can adjust your shipping insurance accordingly.

*Please do not send any packaging, containers, or cushioning material that you would like returned. We will not return your piece in the packaging in which it was sent.

*Please only send one piece per shipping kit.

Start by emailing us at questions@melaniecasey.com to let us know you plan on shipping us your package so we can plan accordingly.

Mailing Instructions:

• Get a good box and some cushioning material, or a padded mailer. Put your item in there and make sure it can safely withstand all the travel. We recommend placing your piece in a small, disposable bag or box within the larger box or mailer to ensure extra protection.

*Please do not send any packaging, containers, or cushioning material that you would like returned. We will not return your piece in the packaging in which it was sent.
