Production Time

Our timelines vary depending on bench capacity and the collection you order from. Made to Order (MTO) pieces require involved benchwork, and take up to eight weeks to ship. Sized to Order (STO) jewelry only requires minor benchwork and can therefore be shipped up to a week after purchase. In Stock Ready to Ship (RTS) pieces are just that, ready to ship! They can be shipped in a matter of days. If you are purchasing something available for Pre-Order, it is not yet available and will therefore take up to fifteen weeks to ship.

Each individual product listing will have an estimated ship date. Contact Customer Care for clarification on current expected timelines or if you have a specific deadline you need to meet. We may request that you pay for upgraded shipping, and may not be able to accommodate all requests.

Limited Edition and Out of Stock Designs

When limited edition pieces sell, they’re (almost always) out of stock, but there’s a chance that we happen to have the stone(s) you need. Start by asking one of our Customer Care Specialists about the piece you were interested in. If it is out of stock, you’ll be added to a waiting list.  If we restock that piece or something similar, you will be the first to know!

Check out our Last Chance Collection to shop retiring designs and select pieces from our archives. This is the only collection where you’ll find sale prices outside of our Bridal Week, Black Friday, and occasional flash sale events, as well as older designs that might soon be out of stock. Once these pieces are gone, they’re gone for good!

Custom Designs

We do customize our engagement rings and are able to consider full custom projects on a case-by-case basis. Contact Customer Care if you are interested in starting a custom design!

You can repurpose an heirloom diamond or sapphire into one of our designs with our Heirloom Reset Program. We are unable to work with clients’ recycled metal, and are unable to sell our designs without set stones. We do not offer engraving services or rhodium plating.
