What if I don't know my ring size?

We can help with that! We have two types of sizers you can order. Find out more here.

I have my eye on a limited edition piece, and don't know my ring size. What if it sells out before I find out my size?

Don't worry! You can purchase your ring now and select "Mail me a sizer" in the size drop-down menu. This will alert our team that we should wait to size your ring until you've had a chance to try out the sizer.

I am an international client. I can use an online size conversion chart to find my US ring size, right?

Actually, sizing can vary from jeweler to jeweler, so we really recommend that you use one of our sizers first in order to avoid having to send your ring back for a resize.

Do you make custom designs?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate custom design projects. We are also not able to make stone substitutions in our designs. Sorry! If you're hoping to incorporate birthstones into your piece, you might like our Custom Birthstone Cluster Necklace.

I have an heirloom stone. Can you use it in your setting?

Due to the specific stone dimensions necessary for our delicate designs, we are only able to use stones that we source ourselves. 

Can I purchase just the setting without the center stone?

We only sell our designs as completed pieces, with all of the stones sourced by Melanie and set by our expert jewelers.

Can you use moissanite instead of a diamond in your designs?

We do not work with moissanite. Sorry about that! 

Are your stones ethically sourced?

We work with suppliers who abide by the Kimberly Process, so we only work with conflict-free materials. We are committed to ethical practices throughout our business, starting with where our stones and materials come from. So you can rest assured that we would never work with or sell a conflict diamond or gemstone. 

I loved a one of a kind or limited edition piece, but it sold already. Can you make me another one?

Sadly, once a limited edition or one of a kind piece sells, we are usually not able to make another. Most of these designs are limited in quantity due to stone availability.

I can't find an older design on your website anymore. Can you make another one?

Our collection is ever-changing and we love making new things! Unfortunately, we cannot remake a retired design, but we hope you find something new to love!

I like a design, but I want a bigger focal stone. Can you upgrade it?

The ring I ordered doesn't fit. Can you resize it?

Absolutely! We offer one free ring resize in the first 30 days after you receive your ring, and for a nominal fee after that. You can find out more here.

I accidentally damaged my jewelry! What do I do?

Don't worry! We are happy to repair any piece from our collection. You can find out more about our warranty terms here and you can start a repair request here.

I have a damaged piece of jewelry from another designer. Can you repair it?

Unfortunately, we are only able to offer repair services on our own designs.

What are your store hours?

We actually do not have a traditional storefront! Our showroom doubles as a working studio, so we do not have regular store hours. You are welcome to set up an appointment during our specific showroom dates! We are currently moving into a new studio location, and once we're settled in we will be able to take appointments again. Can you ship my purchase in an unmarked package to keep it a surprise?

Due to insurance restrictions, we do have to include "Melanie Casey" as the return address. Many of our clients choose to ship to their workplace or to a friend's house to avoid ruining the surprise! As long as an adult is present to sign for your package, we can ship it to any permanent address.

I can't be there to sign for my package. What should I do?

Just shoot us an email at, and we can have the package held for you to pick up at the closest UPS sorting facility.
