*Our current timeline for repairs is 3-5 weeks after we receive your piece.
We get it. Things happen and fine jewelry is delicate. Rest assured—we’re going to take care of you.
Need a repair? By purchasing this listing, you’ll enter your request into our service schedule and pay in advance for our return shipping back to you once we’ve completed the work. NOTE: You’re responsible for shipping your piece to us, so you won’t receive a shipping label or any packaging materials from us. (Click “Mailing Instructions” for details on that.)
Most repairs are free because they’re covered under our warranty. (For warranty details and exceptions, read our Warranty page.) Our highly skilled repair specialist will evaluate your piece and stay in open communication with you about the work that’s needed and any associated costs beyond our warranty terms. To learn more about the process, read the Repair policy page here.
Step 1: Email Us
Start by emailing us at email@example.com to let us know you plan on shipping us your package so we can plan accordingly.
Step 2: Prepare for Shipping
Get a good box and some cushioning material, or a padded mailer. Put your item in there and make sure it can safely withstand all the travel.
Step 3: Write the To and From
Write our address on the package:
18 Red Spring Road, Suite 102
Andover, MA 01810
And please be sure to indicate your name (and order number, if applicable) clearly somewhere on or in the package. You will not receive a shipping label from us.
Step 4: Send it Through Your Preferred Shipper
There are three very important things you need to do at the mail courier’s office before you say bon voyage:
- Require the addressee’s signature for the delivery.
- Fully insure your package so that it matches the full value of your ring.
- Get a tracking number for your package.
