Along with much of the country, we in Massachusetts are under a stay-at-home order, as of March 2020. I wanted to update you about what this means for us here at Melanie Casey.
- Though we are no longer able to be in the studio, we have work-from-home setups for our jewelers, and we are all continuing to create beauty in the midst of this crisis. This means we can continue to accept new orders and move them through our production process- though, at a slower pace. If you have an existing order with us, we are working diligently to have it completed and shipped out, but please expect delays. If you are placing an order through the month of June, you can expect a delay of up to four weeks on our stated timelines for each piece. We are so sorry about this! Feel free to reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com if you'd like more specific information about the production time for a piece you have your eye on, or to check on the status of an order.
- We are happy to announce that we're beginning to accept repairs, resizes, and returns again! We are notifying the clients on our waitlist individually. If you are in need of one of these services, please continue to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our waitlist. We will message you with mailing instructions as soon as we're able to accept your shipment!
- We remain incredibly grateful for each and every order you are placing on our site. You are, quite frankly, keeping our business afloat, and allowing us to continue to pay our team as we weather this difficult time together. THANK YOU!
Again, thank you for each note of encouragement and show of support. We could not continue on without you, and we are grateful. We are also very hopeful! This new create-from-home setup may not be as efficient as we are used to, but our team has come together in beautiful cooperation, and we will continue to do so.
