Update on Shipping To & From the Studio, March 2020
We wanted to let you know that we're beginning to see some shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are dedicated to fulfilling your orders according to our usual production times, but depending on public health restrictions in your area, it might take a little longer than expected for UPS to deliver your package.
UPS has come up with a contact free solution to our signature requirements, but please note that an adult (21 years of age or older) must be available with their government issued I.D. at the time of delivery.
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would be happy to ship your order to a new address or hold it until public health restrictions have been lifted in your area!
And if you are in need of a ring resize, jewelry repair, or would like to return a piece, we ask that you wait to ship your jewelry to us until our normal operations in the studio have resumed. In order to accommodate this situation, we have extended our return and resize windows for the duration of the crisis.
If you would like, you can send an email to our customer service team and fill our a preemptive request form for a repair, resize, or return (found here). We'll add you to our waitlists, and will notify you once it is safe to ship your piece back to our studio.
We also wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of the lovely messages you've sent us. They've been so uplifting during this strange time!

May 4th, 2020 Update: We are happy to announce that we're beginning to accept repairs, resizes, and returns again! We are notifying the clients on our waitlist individually. If you are in need of one of these services, please continue to contact us at email@example.com to be added to our waitlist. We will message you with mailing instructions as soon as we're able to accept your shipment!
