You see, you all, our clients, are a part of the team here at MC. We could not do this work without you, and we value your input and experience so highly.
On any given day here, you will find Jenny working tirelessly at the bench to set the stones in time for a client's wedding, and Dana carefully assembling the Certificate of Authenticity cards to add to Shana's meticulous shipping process. Meanwhile, Katie is answering email inquiries and helping to design a custom mini cluster including the birthstones for a client's children, and Gabriella is designing an email to help clients learn how to clean their jewelry at home. Most days, Melanie is here late into the evening, designing new pieces, chatting with clients, and making sure that each of our processes is running smoothly.
We do all of this day in and day out because we know that jewelry is rarely just jewelry - it is representative of a milestone or an occasion in someone's life: an engagement, a wedding, the birth of a new baby, remembering a lost loved one, or simply a celebration of friendship or of oneself. We are honored to be invited into these times, and we take this privilege very seriously.
We also know that every client is unique, and we strive to personalize our advice and recommendations to meet the needs of each individual person. For example, we've been known to advise against the most expensive ring in favor of a smaller piece when it better suits the wearer's style. This practice is probably not great for our bottom line, but we would never compromise ethics and transparency in order to increase our profits.
Our client care efforts extend beyond the packaging and delivery of the jewelry: our excellent warranty extends to all of our pieces, and our clients know that they can reach out to us at any time over the lifetime of their jewelry should any concerns arise.
