We know that shopping for a ring from a distance can be difficult, particularly when it comes to determining the correct size! Add in the fact that all jewelers who create rings by hand tend to size a bit differently, and the confusion grows. That is why we are happy to offer two different and very helpful sizing tools to give you peace-of-mind before placing your order.

One is a complimentary plastic ring sizer. This is like a small belt that you can tighten around your finger to figure out a general size. This is wonderful if you have no idea what your size may be, and it can be used to find an approximate size for every finger. These can be requested on our website here.

Many people know the ring size they need from other jewelers or from a local jewelry shop. But since all jewelers size a bit differently, and the band width can affect the fit, we recommend using one of our Perfect Fit Ring Sizers after you have a general idea of your size. These are silver rings that are made to be the same band width as the real ring you are interested in. These sizers are extremely accurate because you are able to wear them for multiple days in varying conditions to get a sense of how the actual ring will sit on your finger. These cost just $10 each, and should you wish to return them to us, we will issue you a full refund less shipping.

Our fingers tend to fluctuate in size slightly in different temperatures, throughout the day, and even with our diet, so giving yourself some time to evaluate the fit will help to ensure that your ring will be comfortable all year. You should feel some slight resistance as you pull the Perfect Fit Ring Sizer over your knuckle, but it shouldn't be pinching your finger at all.

If you already are certain of the ring you would like and are ready to place your order but are still unsure of your size, we have an option for you, too! Just select "Mail Me a Ring Sizer" from the size drop-down menu upon checkout. We will then be able to reserve the ring for you and will automatically send you a complimentary plastic ring sizer to begin your sizing process.

Of course, we know that sometimes rings are meant to be a very special surprise so sizing before purchase may not be an option. That is why we gladly extend a complimentary resizing service within 30 days of receiving your ring. However, resizing can take 4-6 weeks and customers are responsible for the shipping to and from our studio, so if you are able to confirm the correct size initially, that is preferable. 

We are so thrilled to be able to ship our rings internationally and understand that this provides an additional uncertainty when it comes to sizing. There are many different size conversion charts and, unfortunately, in our experience, they are not reliable. If you are outside of the U.S. and have time to use our sizing tools, this is definitely the way to go! Again, we offer a complimentary resizing within 30 days of receipt, however, with the time needed for resizing and the additional cost required for international shipping, it's great if the right size can be determined before we size your ring.
